Laura is an experienced human resources practitioner, with more than 20 years’ experience working in the fields of employee relations and organisational development.
Laura focuses on creating and delivering people practices which develop and maintain positive working relationships between an organisation and its people, supporting and advising on difficult people issues through transparent practices and relevant employment law.
Laura has extensive experience of supporting a variety of business sizes and types on a range of topics from absence and performance management, through to disciplinary and grievance investigations and onto TUPE transfers, reorganisations and redundancy programme support.
Laura also works as HR consultant enabling the success of an organisations strategy by bringing together all parts of the organisation to make sure the organisation’s ‘system’ operates at its best; looking at structures, processes, polices and metrics, as well as culture, values, behaviours and relationships to help people and organisations perform at their best.
Laura has experience of conducting organisational assessments, developing and implementing strategies, facilitating change management and supporting leadership development.
Laura understands behavioural science – the way people think, interact and behave as individuals and groups – and knows how to enable behaviour and culture change using her own insight, perception, judgement and personality to influence and support organisations to change their thinking and behaviour in order to be their best.
